When you set up your website account with one of our partners, they pay us a referral fee. That covers the time it takes to design your website. Many clients later hire us for extras like online booking or a monthly care plan, but that is always your choice.

What do I pay?
The design is free. Every website needs a hosting plan to stay online. We go over the low-cost options with you before you commit, and eligible yearly plans include your domain free for the first year. Extras like the care plan are optional.
Who owns the website?
You do. The hosting account is in your name and we give you the admin login when the site goes live.
How long does it take?
We reply to applications within 24 hours. Once your hosting is set up and we have your logo, photos and text, we build your site within 5 days.
Can I move my hosting later?
Yes. The site and the hosting account are yours, so you can move to another host whenever you like.
How do you choose who gets selected?
We read every application and pick the businesses where a new website will make the biggest difference and where we can deliver within our monthly capacity. It's based on fit, not luck. If you aren't selected this month, we'll tell you why and you're welcome to apply again.
I already have hosting. Can I still apply?
The free design is paid for by our hosting partner, so it needs a new hosting plan through our link. If you already have hosting, apply anyway and we will quote a fair price to build on it.
